FAQ

Suppose my meeting ended sooner, is it possible to stop my reservation?

It sometimes happens that you were able to go over the things you wanted to discuss, faster than you initially expected. You can stop the meeting with the Room Control panel, the Room Panel outside the meeting room, or via the GoBright App.

If you prefer to have this arranged automatically, we can place room sensors in the meeting rooms. These are motion-based and therefore determine autonomically whether anyone is still in the room. If after a given period of time no movement is detected, the meeting room will become available again. The sensors also work vice versa: If there is no booking scheduled but the sensors do detect motion, the meeting room will automatically be marked as unavailable. These sensors, therefore, detect no-shows and prevent unnecessary occupation of meeting rooms.
