When you want to book a meeting room for now or sometime in the future, simply open the GoBright Portal or App and select your preferred meeting room on the Map. Select the timeframe, and you’re done! If you’re already at the office, you can also use the Mapviewer to book your meeting room, or use the Room Panels at the meeting room to make an ad hoc booking.
While booking a meeting room, you can select your preferred type of meeting room. Within the GoBright Portal, your company’s admin can create different types of meeting rooms. Boardrooms, huddle rooms, conference rooms, or combined meeting rooms: Anything is possible. When a room is created, it can be linked to it’s corresponding type of room. This helps users search for the right room.
With the Catering & Services feature you can book your services like AV equipment, food and drinks etc. simultaneously with your room booking. Companies can create their own service catalog and ensure accurate communication with their service providers. The upside… when your meeting date, or time changes, the service bookings you made are automatically adjusted as well.

Yes, you can! Since the GoBright integration in Microsoft, it is possible to book meeting rooms, desks, parking spaces and lockers, all in one environment. It is no longer necessary to switch between GoBright’s platform and Microsoft Teams to complete your booking. The best thing is that GoBright’s platform is both synchronised with Microsoft and other integrations, so any changes regarding the meeting are automatically changed in every system.
