Product Support Specialist at GoBright (32-40 hours)

No question, issue or implementation of our GoBright platform is too complicated for you, because you know all the ins and outs! We might ask you to provide training and on-board new customers. A good working atmosphere is all you need to thrive. You get that at GoBright!

What does a Product Support Specialist do?

You put our GoBright platform in the spotlight, with our customers, distributors and resellers worldwide and with our own sales team. They will have questions or issues related to IT that only you can solve for them. Correctly and extensively written product documentation is a no-brainer for you, as is thinking along with and translating customer needs.

What makes this position the most enjoyable is the variety in work. If you work on a ‘How do I plan a room in’ case with customer A in the morning, in the afternoon you get a complicated technical question about setting up the system. Thanks to your knowledge and feedback, you can support teams, help improve our products and are actively involved in coming up with and testing new features!

What do you bring as a Product Support Specialist?

Despite the fact that work level is important, our employees also deserve a nice new colleague! You are the business card of the company, for both our customers and our colleagues; service and customer orientation is therefore of great importance. You can transfer your knowledge to others in a simple way and you are a fast learner. Moreover, stress has no effect on you and multitasking is your specialism.

You basically characterise:

– MBO or HBO work-thinking level or related work experience

– Affinity or even a passion for IT, IT products and/or services

– Communication in Dutch and English is above average

– Candidates who are proficient in the German language have an advantage!
