Purple, the color which indicates a desk needs to be cleaned (Covid-19 proof), before another colleague uses it, is now live in the portal. If you check out at a desk, both the GoBright Connect and Glow on the desk and the desk itself on the Mapping will turn purple. Other colleagues know they can’t use this desk at this moment.
How does it work?
- Facility Management see which desks need to be cleaned via the desk booking software.
- Only authorized persons are allowed to reset the table – after cleaning – to green (by using NFC or RFID card).
- You can book a Purple desk in the App. By the time you arrive at the office, the desk may already be cleaned.
With this manual you can easily activate the Purple Hygienic Desk feature in the portal.
