Service providers

Log in to the GoBright portal with your manager account. Go to Settings > Meet and choose Service providers from the sidebar menu.

This will display an overview of the currently created service providers. Choose an existing one or press the blue ‘Add’ button to add a new service provider.

Enter a name and select the correct time zone, this will define when notification will be sent.

Notifications to the service provider

Notifications can be sent to service providers at various stages of the process of ordering.

An overview of the requests for the upcoming week can be sent to the service provider on a daily basis by using the ‘Email daily overview’ setting. This will be sent along with any other notifications.

In the ‘Direct notifications of new/changed requests’ section, you can choose from several notification options. For instance, an immediate notification can be sent to the service provider when a new request is submitted or an existing one is modified. Alternatively, you can opt not to send any notifications at all.

Another available option allows you to notify the service provider only if a request is made within a specified time frame before the scheduled delivery. This is especially useful in cases where providers regularly check the GoBright portal for new requests. In such scenarios, email notifications for every order may not be necessary. By enabling this setting, the provider will receive notifications only for last-minute requests, ensuring urgent orders are not missed while avoiding unnecessary alerts for routine bookings.

The email address of the service provider should be entered to receive these notifications, as well as the time if the delivery is requested within a short time.

Notifications from the service provider

The service provider is able to update the status of a request and can choose whether a notification will be sent at every change or only when declining the request. The notification can be sent to the requester or to multiple specified email addresses. The multiple email addresses should be separated with a semicolon (;) without spaces. For example: [email protected];[email protected].
