Once a visitor is registered through our Visitor Registration display a notification is automatically send to the access control system. In this case, Synguard authorises the visitor’s name and QR-code, granting them immediate access to designated areas for the allotted time. This ensures a smooth, secure, and automated access control process without the need for receptionist intervention.

HOW DOES OUR VISITOR MANAGEMENT SOLUTION WORK?

  1. Pre-registration for visitors – Users can pre-register their guests via GoBright’s platform. Visitors receive an email with a QR code, which they can scan upon arrival. The system then instantly prints a visitor badge containing their access credentials.
  2. Self-registration upon arrival – Walk-in visitors can register themselves at the reception using a touchscreen. Once their details are entered, a badge is directly printed, and the guest has access to the building.
  3. Automated access control – Once a badge is printed the visitor’s information is digitally sent to the system. The code on the badge grants access to designated areas, ensuring a secure and hassle-free experience.
  4. Enhanced security & compliance – Our system and integrations enable businesses to keep track of the visitors in the building, which is very important in case of an emergency. Additionally, access control systems like Synguard can configure access levels based on visitor type ensuring that only authorised guests can enter specified areas.
